Arrive to a Disney hotel on the island. The compact, beautifully curated park enjoyed at leisure, with a private guide at hand throughout.
Cable car to the Ngong Ping Plateau and the Tian Tan Buddha — enormous against the mountain sky. The park again in the evening.
The Peak at sunset, dim sum with a private guide in a room full of regulars, and the Star Ferry crossing the harbour by night.
A last morning in the park or the city, and a farewell harbourside lunch before your onward journey.
